Bermuda After Dark
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
- ½ oz Molasses Syrup
- 4 oz Cold Brew Coffee
- 2 oz Hand Whipped Hazelnut Cream
Method
- Build with ice leaving room for cream.
- Stir to combine in a Collins glass.
- Top with hand whipped cream (If Hazelnut Cream is not available, whipped heavy cream may be substituted).
Garnish: Grated Nutmeg
